Voting Question: Not told about bug problem?

Now i cant fully prove this but i have a VERY good feeling that when i moved into my apt a few months ago the management knew there was a roach problem. when i first came to the apt i saw a few spiders and bugs here and there but i figured that was expected as the place was vacant for about 2 weeks but i never thought the problem would be as bad as it is. When i asked about the bugs the sales associate seemed to get a bit nervous and said it was just cause the apt hadnt had ppl living in it for a little while and they offered a free bug spraying service. During the day its ok but i work a night shift and when i come home i am horrified the cockroaches are EVERYWHERE i cant even use the water out of my water cooler cause they find there way in there. the only safe place for my food is my fridge and freezer. i have had a bug guy which the apt complex pays for come by atleast 5-6 times now over the past 2 months to spray the apt with pesticieds (idk how to spell that) but i have just noticed it getting worse i have made the managment VERY aware of the problem and they keep giving me bullshit answers, in fact when i approached them about it i noticed they kept false or at the very least incorrect records of the exterminator coming they tryed to say he only came once..I WAS THERE EVERY SINGLE TIME I KNOW HE CAME MANY MORE TIMES THEN ONCE!!! i have asked others in my building and the problem is very clear throughout the building. i really need to know is there any kind of law/rule just something i can pull on the apt mgmt to get myself out of here without paying a huge penlty for breaking contract or atleast force them to take serious measures to eliminate the problem. Im looking into the contract to look for any liabilities on either side but i welcome serious educated advice. I know that i should have caught the signs in the beginning but this is my first time getting my own place so iv learned my lesson and please save me the life lessons i just want answers. Either way one way or another these ppl have fucked me over in other ways then just this and i plan i fucking them the same it the best legal manner.
